We offer personal training sessions that are individualized to your fitness level and adjusted as you improve. You can choose to train one-on-one or within a small group of up to four. We make training fun, challenging and different. We incorporate a Tabata-style training with TRX® Suspension, kettlebells, ropes, free weights cardio and core exercises. Tabata-style training is a high-intense four minute circuit program that is considered the most effective for weight loss and fitness. It can be tailored to any fitness level.
