The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is an exercise philosophy based on science, years of innovation and current research. It’s about getting back to the basic functional movements that can prevent injury and improve athletic performance through gaining strength, stability and mobility. By screening these simple patterns based on a grading system, we can identify functional limitations and asymmetries which can cause you to over compensate another part of your body causing injury. The scoring system can target and track your progress with corrective exercises that will restore mechanically sound movement patterns. Who can benefit from FMS?
